Layerlee tools are provided freely for personal, educational, engineering, and commercial workflows. You are welcome to:

You agree not to abuse our services, reverse-engineer proprietary assets for malicious intent, or bypass security features.

All trademarks, interface designs, original code, logos, visual diagrams, and educational videos created under the Layerlee brand and by Layer Lee are the intellectual property of Layerlee. You may not re-brand, sell, or repackage our utilities as your own proprietary service without written authorization.

4. Mathematical Accuracy & Disclaimer

While we rigorously test and calibrate every instrument—from high-precision floating-point fraction logic to statistical distributions and quadratic solvers—all tools and educational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Critical life-safety, structural engineering, medical, or financial investment decisions should always be validated through certified domain specialists and primary documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Layerlee or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, educational content, or external links.
